Anybody have a recipe to make seared ahi tuna taste better than it already does? Marinade?

I am sure there are things to do with Yellowfin but my opinion it is perfect the way God made them
Little soy sauce and wasabi at best.
I have had it with crab toppings and stuff and decent but I just like mine fairly plain, seared and RARE:thumbsup: or blackened :thumbsup:

Make some wasabi, but thin it out some. Coat the tuna steak with the wasabi. Roll the steak in panko crumbs.
Sear on a very hot grill.

I coat the steaks with sesame oil.
