I was on the docks when the sky opened up and just below the pier I noticed a couple caught in the rain. When I got home and downloaded the photos I couldn't stop laughing!

I work on the docks as a Dock Monitor recording the weights of the vessel catch. However my job comes to an end Sept. 19th as NOAA transfers the funding away from the Dock Monitoring program to Sector Management.
As far as the rain gear goes......check out your kitchen cabinets!
