Where is the boat located?

Just North of Lexington, Kentucky.

WHAT size fuel tank and what is the range does it have live wells

That is a 27 Gallon Fuel tank. I never personally calculated the range because I never used the boat in a manner that required me to know that information. This boat/motor combination is pretty common, I will see what kind of numbers I can find on the internet. The boat has no live well.

If this boat were in Florida, I would be all over it. If we can work out a week in the Keys as part of the deal for you to bring it down, I would be interested. I have vacation homes in Marathon.
