I am in Tequesta, FL and my boat sold (Thanks David at Boatworks and Pease Boatworks!): I really like what I am seeing and reading about Onslow Bay boats and before I drive them nuts and go up there, was wondering if anyone in my area has a 23 I can see in person. We are a family of 4, with a 10yr old girl absolutely addicted to fishing, and want to make sure we will have enough room on the 27es to double for cruises. Certainly looks stout enough for a crossing- we are considering Ocean Master and Albury locally, but this boat really has me kinda hooked (pun intended). Thanks!

I am having one built now. I will have it in Stuart around the first of August. PM me and we can arrange to get together for a ride.

I live in Brunswick Ga., which is about 3.5 hours away if you want to make the drive up...You will not regert buying a OB. It is by far the best boat I've ever owned.

By the way, My boat will be for sale at the end of this year. It will have right at 850 hours (+/-) w/ four years of warranty on the motors. I am either going back to another 27OE, or step up to the 32....

I will send some pics if you want me too...

Bob, I think I saw your boat at Hickory Bluff Marine a couple months ago. Looked like a great rig. Started me thinking about Onslows instead of a Contender. Walt

You probably did. Merc. had a recall on the motors. Some kind of bolt that had to be replaced. Hickory Bluff does all our repair work. We also had a chip in the gel coat fixed.

Talking about good companies, Hickory Bluff Marine, is also a class act. They do good work..

I'm glad it helped you toward the OB. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THAT DECISION!!!!!!

Thanks Bob. The test ride with Brad was the final straw! Wow that was something!

Neald, If you want any details on the boats or the ride from another buyer PM me. I have been to the factory a couple times also. Walt

Check out the 27xs build thread. Brads transparency on construction and the testimonial says it all.

Thanks
Scott

Thanks guys! Been busy with work, so am late replying. Thanks for the offers. I am traveling to NYC for work and then raking some vaca but will be in touch. A ride with my daughter may be great up to Brunswick, and will send a PM to Dolphan. I have traded emails with Brad and am getting questions answered. Thanks!
