I wanted to let everyone know what a stand up guy John/Tackle Direct is.
I ordered a "premium" jigging rod from him. Word spread that the "premium" rod manufacturer was having some "issues".

John stayed on top of the situation, found out what was going on, kept me in the loop, and promised me he would have me something on 2 days notice even if the rod I ordered was not available.

True to his word, he sent me a rod that actually cost more more than the rod I ordered AND overnighted it to me without an upcharge.

That is SERVICE!
