It's what's for dinner. Well, it WAS what's for dinner last night. The Admiral's handiwork. YUMMY!!!! Rib-eye seared over mesquite charcoal with lightly sauted fresh scallops in garlic on top, sprig of fresh oregano from the garden. So much for my diet!! :thumbsup:
