I am about to go in about 2 hours to go fish out on my dock. I live in South Carolina in charleston, but im wondering if the water is still maybe too cold to catch anything. Sometimes the fishing is hot and but thats usually at nightime in the fall but I really wanna catch some fish. What are some things that I may do to attract some fish maybe? Is there anything I Could throw in the water?

put some fresh shrimp on your hook. if there is a fish there that is willing to bite, he'll bite it
