on a 2003 200 hpdi,worked great last year,went to start it this year starts right up,try to give it gas and it stalls out,if i get it pass the stalll spot it will rev up,the hp pump is putting out 702 psi all the time,what should i look for

If you have not already, I would change all fuel filters. E-10 kills these engines.

all filters have been change

If its maintaining 702 psi all the time, I have to assume its getting enough fuel to the HPDI pump, now whether thats reaching the injectors, or if the injectors are spraying enough fuel, thats another story.

Do you know how to do a injector leak down test with YDS? Might help you pinpoint if the injectors are spraying close to the same volume.

Is the WOT rpms still the same as its been?

What does the O2 sensor and draw tube look like?

Spark plug condition?

the o2 sensor and tube are clean
plugs are new
i dont know if top end is the same as i did not trust it to take it out yet

Are you really familiar with YDS?

Do you see the test area in the program for doing injector tests?

Do you know where to check HPDI fuel pressure readings? You will need to be able to toggle between the injector test section, and those HPDI readings.

And be able to start and stop the engine at least 6 times (6 injectors).

I've had the same problem after running a few hours. Pumping the fuel line bulb at the engine got past the stalls.
