It is time to replace the leaf springs on my Performance trailer. I don't know the weight rating of the springs or axle. The tag on the trailer has deteriorated. The springs that are on it now are 3 leaf and stuck at 26" because of rusted shackles. They probably retract to 25 1/4 or so new.
The boat is a Sea Pro 1900 SV w/ Yamaha 115 2 stroke
trailer axle is 2" square
bearings are 1 1/16 and 1 3/8
tires are D14
Any help on choosing the proper weight rating is appreciated.

How many lugs are on the wheels? That can usually help determine axle weight rating.
Your axle capacity with the info you gave is rated for around 3200-3500 lbs. The springs originally are probably rated for around 1800 lbs. each and should do the job.

I would carry 1 into a trailer shop and say "give me 2 of these". Look confident and pretend you know what you are doing.

The wheel is 5 lug. I will be going to Boathouse Discount Marine to see if they have the correct ones. Thanks for the information.
