I am looking to buy a 99-02 World Cat 266 SF. Please reply or PM me if you have something or know someone who is looking to sell.

Prefer 200 HP engines. I don't mind fixing a few things on the boat, but I want something that was well cared for.

I am in New England but I will (and have) traveled to see a boat.

I have cash and am ready to move on this. Thanks.

Update - July 2011 - I have found a boat and purchased it. Thanks for all of the help!

TDC Tom,
Did you ever find your boat?
Just bought a new 33 Contender and my fishing partner is preparing to sell his 270sf. It's a 2007.
I can round up pictures for you. if you're interested.
Powered by twin 225 Honda's.
It will be priced to sell quickly. He doesn't want to mess with it for long.

spechunter - the boat sounds great. Is it the one in San Diego? Unfortunately, it is quite a bit beyond what I want to spend.

Glad you found your boat.
I am also located in the Northeast and looking for a used World Cat in the 26' range or other well built Cat. There is one requirement that will make this harder to find. I must have only MERCURY OBS. ( because a long time close friend is a Merc.mechanic and I can't afford "normal" costs with other manufacturers). Also need a "cabin" not a CC. I have boated Long Island Sound 40+ years and now that I am becoming bionic-hip implants-I need a ride as smooth as possible and with our short season in NE I do not want to be at the mercy of the weather to go boating. I just sold my 2005 Hydrasports 230 finding a buyer in this difficult market and even considered going boatless this season and wait for the "super steal" this winter but wow--what a season to not have a boat with the heat we have. My budget (not over 30k unless my wife disappears) also means I will have to wait for that deal, but I thought I would throw out some feelers now. thanks

Selling a 2001 Worldcat SF near Ft. Lauderdale for $36,000 no trailer. Vessel looks and performs as if it is a 2011. Virtually everything works... new smartcraft gauges, on board battery charger, 40 gallon fresh water tank, twin 120 gallon fuel tanks, new SS through hulls, twin Mercury 200-2 strokes Optimax's.9 pole holders including recently powder coated rocket launchers, 50 gallon live well. Excellent condition, even new Worldcat logos on the sterns.
