I have a 2007 F250 Lariat with a 6 in the dash cd player. I can't find a I-pod connect port. Does this truck have one?

No, it does not, I had a 2004 F-150 and had to put in an aftermarket head unit in to get the ipod. I was told the AUX was not for an ipod, I wanted navigation anyways.

I was curious what the AUX button is for, when I push the AUX the display says no AUX attached.

Almost all aftermarket receivers have an IPOD connection. Many have smarts in the receiver to allolw the IPOD to be controlled directly from the receiver allowing the IPOD itself to be hidden. If you have basic skill w/ hand tools, check out:

www.crutchfield.com

They even give you step-by-step instructions w/ pix for your particular vehicle for whatever you buy. Funny how moderately priced aftermarket stereo equip still beats relatively high end OEM.

Look on top of the dash above the radio for a aux plug. I know when they first added the plug that's where it was.
