Did you look at the web site here. It is a "home study" course. you will do it at your pace so you have to answer the question.

Sea School can be done on 2 full weekends, all day fri, sat, and sun. the third weekend is the test. Pass that and get your stuff together and send it in.

The rest is up to you on how fast you get your stuff done. Need physical, drug test, TWIC card, referances, sea service time documented, etc..

I Agree with "LumberMan" The longest part for me tho was waiting for my diploma from SeaSchool . Also to speed the process up drastically when you are ready to apply ,Email all your paperwork to the REC . You need to scan everything as a PDF File, and email it in . It was 2 1/2 weeks from the time I hit send on the paperwork til my Masters license was in my hand. Nice Hmm!! My friend didnt do it that way and it was weeks longer to get the license. Just FYI .. I started My class in Mid January got my license in April.(most of that time was waiting for my diploma) Oh and good luck...study study!!
