Just wanted to give a HUGE thumbs up to TackleDirect customer service!! I ordered a spool of 100 lb Daiwa boat braid and paid the extra 30.00 to get it here in 2 days for an upcoming trip. Well, it never arrived. Notified TD of the situation and they got UPS involved to try and track it down. However, I got an email saying they doubt UPS will find the pkg and they were overnighting me another spool. It arrived as promised. Customer service was OVER THE TOP and I will definitely be doing more business with them.
