I have a Atlantic 275WA with twin F250 Yamaha's. My max rev's is 5-5,200rpm trimmed in perfect sea conditions and 40kts (46mph) top speed. My prop size is 21-T / 15.
Mates have suggested I go down at least two sizes, but looking at prop charts I'd have to change both pitch and diameter?
Anyone with a similar rig or with advice, please?

I wouldn't go down two sizes. 19's will probably raise your rpm's to 55 or 5600

Thanks Bluewaterseeker, that's closer to max rpm, so why not at least two sizes?
