Witout going into a lot of detail, I had an issue with my bag the very first day I used it. called E-SeaRider- they suggested emptying beads to make bag easier/less expensive to ship, and return bag for inspection.
They looked at bag and even though they could not completely understand what caused issue, they replaced bag.(I paid for shipping)
NOW, that is great customer service! I would recommend their bags over all other bean bags based on construction, materials AND Customer Service!!
