Make sure the bag doesn't hit the side of the pot or you'll end up with a mess, but it works great makes a perfect omelette....

This really works slick (I learned of it during a camping trip), but have since seen warnings about not doing this because of plastic chemicals leaching into the food. These bags were not intended for cooking food, and Ziploc brand even discourages doing this -- which should tell you something, if they're trying to discourage you from something that would sell more of their product. I'd rather be save than sorry, personally. ...Sorry!

This usually takes about 10-15 minutes, prep to table.
Chop up some onions with knife (don't need no stinkin slap a chop thing) and saute in oil. While that is going on, cut some potatoes into small cubes and microwave for about five minutes. Add whatever meat you want into frying pan with onions. Take hot potatoes and add to frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Crack two eggs and scramble into frying pan over everything else. Place frying pan contents onto plate, add hot sauce and pig out!
Sometimes I substitute potatoes with left over rice and add sliced kim chee!

LOL! Hardly! I just like to be aware of what I put into my body and how it affects me. I rather enjoy being fit and healthy, and want to keep on enjoying it for many years to come. Just thought I'd put it out there for anyone with the same desire. It is what it is.

THat really sounds cool ofr single guy that uses lots of paper plates, plastic cups, and Stouffers microwave foods--and BTW--at this point in my live I need all the preservatives I can ingest.
Cool idea--will try next time I want a Waffle House injection
