My port Top Gun rigger keeps falling down no matter how tight or locked we make the star wheel. Even put a lock washer in there.

I think it must be the teeth are rounded out? Other?

Has anyone seen this before? Sure would like to fix it and not have to buy new ones.

s.o.l ---the teeth are gone.You can probably buy the part and unbolt the bad one ,Call Lori at Rupp they can send you parts.
