Say your friendly newbie here was prepping for a stab at Dolphin fishing this weekend, and read the teasers (singles, strand, or wide arms with multiple fake targets) are a necessity.

Which do you use/recommend? Big huge honking single teasers that make lots of noise/bubbles? Single trails on 4-7 squidlike lures? Big fans?

I understand trolling around is going to be hunt-n-peck for me for a while, but if spending a few bucks on a teaser results in better luck I'm all for it.

I've always used the squid looking one with about 7 in-line. Get one with a hook in it for the last one as it gets beat up a lot.

I drag two whenever I troll. One off of the port rigger and one of the starboard rigger.

Port, is a large bird with 9 large squid in tow. (homemade)
Starboard, is 5 squid with a bowling pin style teaser in tow.
