Cook one package of sausage, scramble up 4 eggs in a little bit of water, add chopped green peppers, onions, hot peppers , 4 slices of block cheese, put eggs in skillet, cook on low, let eggs cook till cheese melts , flip it over like a omelet, take it out, toast should already have been making, butter one side of toast, add egg and sausage and thats enough for two hungry mans breakfast sandwiches.
Trust me,, your good to go till dinner. LOL
Put it on a plate and cover it in sausage gravey and I am game.

It's not the peppers and hot sauce that got me, The fat and cholesterol are what did me in!
Now its oat meal, vegetables and fish along with Plavix and all the other drugs. Its a P.I.A.
My wife sauteed green peppers that I had in the freezer from the garden last summer. She accidentally grabbed a bag of my frozen jalapenos too, thinking they were the bell peppers. Sure did add a kick to the bell peppers.

I'm use to eating all that hot NM, AZ and Calif food running out there for so long and the hotter the better for me, but I have to cook mine away from the others usually.
If you guys do like a bite once in a while El Yucagteco Chile Habanero has the best flavor out the bottle I've found if you have to sub. Also hot enough it don't take much at all so it last a long time. being 4oz. bottle.
We plant our own in both CP's and my garden but thats mine only . She don't care for hot stuff so i get to enjoy on my own.
