I purchased this tackle station two years ago at the miami boat show. Nice layout etc but no way to mount it. I had some fabrication help from my buddy, Johnny. We put 1.5" aluminum tube welded to plate and screwed to Starboard under the tackle station. It now slides into two rod holders on my leaning post. Enjoy,

Nice setup. Rods tend to get in the way right there anyway, especially if you have enough holders up top.

Rigging baits standing up, my back likes that. Very nice.

Yours looks great. I have always thought the Deep Blue Rigging station was a great solution to add storage and provide a rigging area for the CC's like ours. I did the same thing, but mounted it on the Euro transom. It is easily removed if needed. I can lean up against the bolsters for bracing and it is out of the way on my boat. I thought about the leaning post like yours, but my live well is part of the leaning post and it didn't work.

They are great to work with and will do custom modifications for you and are reasonable. They may new sides and other pieces for my station (not shown) to make it a 4 drawer.

Windsors, nice work! I also looked at the adjustable gimbal/rod inserts.
I left my line/reel spool holders off. I was afraid it might fly off in transit or towing? Any problems with that spool holder popping off?

whoknows - no problem with the leader holder coming out at speed.
Since your is closer to the console, yours is probably more out of the wind.
