I found some coordinates for for some oil rigs that I would like to fish but they were published in 2005. Does anyone know if these are current? Thanks.

I don't think any of those rigs have moved in the past 5 years.

If you are really concerned, you can look them up online. This is ram powell NOAA link.

Plus once you are out there, if you are in the neighborhood you will see them. You can see Marlin, Ram, and Beer Can from each other easily. Horn Mtn is almost directly south of Ram and Petro is back SE of Marlin.

I am not advocating running that far offshore and trying to get in the neighborhood I am just saying if you got the coordinates to one, you can get the others.

Below are Ram Powell, Marlin, and Beer Can. Just so you can ID by sight also.

These are all production platforms and will be in place for a long time.

Stop north of the Petronus and drop and catch some fish. Lots of natural bottom when the petronus is essentially hull up on the horizon.

here's a few a little west and south of those. they are Materhorn aka Elf, Medusa, MC 109, and Inovator.
