RED SNAPPER (http://www.rodnreel.com/gulffish/gulffish.asp?cmd=view&FishID=66) / AMBERJACK (http://www.rodnreel.com/gulffish/gulffish.asp?cmd=view&FishID=1) / REEF FISH - will be the topic with David Vitter Saturday 8:40am on ESPN radion Saturday 8:40am until the end of the show.

Any of you that have followed this know that we have had Congressman Cassidy and Congressman Melancon as guest already. I know personally that Congressman Cassidy has now educated himself on our issues and he is helping us take a stance.

Senator Vitter has been very active in supporting the Oyster Industry when it was under attack and wasted no time standing up the the NFL when they claimed ownership to WHO DAT.

Please join us Saturday morning 8:40am on ESPN 1350am in New Orleans or www.espn1350.net Please join the conversation at 504-260-espn.
The focus is to bring some accountability to NOAA and NMFS and to allow for flexibility in our fishreies regulations while they are collecting the better data that is just now being put in place.

Red, we have learned a lot in the last months and years and one of the things that we have learned is that you have to stay on top of them and keep the issue 'in their face'.

Since this issue does not seem to get any main steam media attention it is up to use to keep the issues front and center.

It is a daunting task but with enough support and participation, we can do it.

True ... people finally seem to be waking up.

Myron Fischer has been trying to get this across to people for years but no one would listen, not even the charter boat capts.

Just received word that there is a possible conflict dealing with a scheduled flight that the Senator is suppose to be on. Saturday may and may not happen, it depends on if the Senator's flight is on time.
