We're goin' in the morning,and try to catch a few Trigger's and B-liners.I hope we don't catch any of the endangered species.Will post pics if successful...

they might be considered endangered if they are b-liners this month depending on which coast you are on and whether you are comm/rec

you can catch a few 'liners. and if you dive then you know just how endangered those red snapper are. man i hope they make a come back but i think the population is just too low for a rebound....:roll

Beautiful day on the gulf,Didn't catch any b-liners or triggers,But did manage to box approx.1,300# of the endangered ones,some to 25#Pics to follow...Unbelievable day...
Called Game and Fish on the way in...They didn't even bother to come to the dock to check us???WTF;?

You just buy one. Unless it's changed I think you can fish the first ten days of the month year round (that's how it used to be anyways, things are always changing).

Looks like a fun trip.

You get a reef permit with quota and that determines how many you can catch,....Then you go any time you can until the quota is filled...Usually go for around 50K:o
