To anyone considering selling a boat yourself this is the ONLY way to do it in my opinion. I tried it myself in the past but became frustrated by the cost and very limited exposure. I have also used a very good broker but was disappointed to have to pay between 8 to 11 percent commission.
This was my first try using Angler's Edge Marine Broker Your Own Boat and let me say it was super easy. Bob and his staff does all the advertising and you field the phone calls which will come whether your boat is priced a little high or not. The exposure his service gives is far more than you could do by yourself and far cheaper and just as easy as a broker.
If I had to sell another boat it would be the same way BROKER YOUR OWN BOAT with Bob.
Plus if you have questions along the way he is an email or phone call away and very helpful, and I learned a great new fishing technique from him as well.
