I have a 19' Seaway for sale with a 60 HP Mercury Bigfoot. I realize that meets exactly none of your qualifications, but it is a similar style boat that is in good to great shape with hydraulic steering, two batteries, rebuilt carbs, new fuel lines, fresh paint inside and out. PM if you want more info.
