I cant seem to figure out the nmea connections on my furuno rdp149. I have the nema cable on the data 2 port, turned on in the system options, to nema 0183 ver 2.0 set to send and receive but my icom will not get the data from the unit. I know the icom works as it received navigation data from my previous furuno gp-32. The wiring diagram that the furuno displays is odd, it does not list tx or rx... Can some one explain the wiring on the furuno?

Do you have the Furuno White wire and black wire going to the NMEA Inputs on the Icom?
