I'm stuck away from my service guy, but I believe the thermostat is getting stuck. I had the 300 hour service done and it was running great but now the temps are all over the place on my port 175 verado.

It acts as though the thermostat is stuck. The impellerers have approx 30 min of run time on them before the issue.
