Hey John,
I'm looking for a rod to match for a torium 14 for stripers/blackfish/fluke. I want it to be light but still be able to handle 6-8 oz sinkers on occasion. Right now, I'm looking at the Diawa NE Striper rods and the Shimano Compre Muskie rods... Any suggestions or any sales?

We have alot of great rod deals right now but most of them come with a reel....or won't match with a reel the size of a TOR14. I like the Compre Muskie for that, due to them having more backbone and can handle that lead...and are deadly for the blackfish...

ok thanks John, I'm asking for my rommate. He justwent home to Montauk for work and some blackfishing. when he gets home on mon or tues he will probably place an order I'll have him call. Thank you
