That sort of looks like the old Challenger flats hull. Cool boat.

X2 that is a great boat, and I was wondering the same thing.

Is there any deadrise to the boat, or does it completely flatten off in the back?

The bottom is flat with two strakes and a keel at the transom.

Thank you for the comments!
Hull is timeless & works well! We will be using this hull for many antique outboard motor meets here in the states! I plan to put a 1952 15hp Johnson on mine as well as some new modern power.

Drain plug has yet to be installed -great eye, brand new boat ergo- no plug yet, that comes later, dont want to get interior color on new brass hull fitting...

safe boating

looks like that would be a good flouder boat. If i had choice on that boat for options i would leave out the rear bench seat and put 4 corner chaulks for cooler size of choice and the same for the front seat, 4 chaulks for cooler seat. now you could run the rear cooler seat for live well by adding a thruhull pick up and drain right in the recess by the drainplug and the front for a fish box where more weight would be distributed. What is the motor and person weight capacity???
