Gotta be honest, the untitled trailer ruins it.

Any chance of you getting it properly titled first ?

This is an indication of just how bad the market is.
A beautiful boat at a reasonable price and it's still for sale.

The previous owner, who is a friend of mine, got the trailer from the Viking boat yard. Someone traded in a boat with a trailer, and when Viking later sold the boat, the trailer was not included. My friend picked it up for a great deal from them because they didn't want to deal with it. He lived on a lagoon and I leave my boat in a slip and both of us used it mainly for winter storage.

I'm not exactly going to go out and buy a trailer in order to sell the boat. Getting it titled in NJ isn't the easiest thing to do and I don't have the time to do it. If it bothers you that much, don't take the trailer or don't buy my boat. The boat is one of the lowest priced 26 Regulators on the market and it really is a great looking, great running boat. Come take a sea trial. You can buy a trailer with the money you save.

So this trailer can't be titled? where in NJ is the boat?

Yes, the trailer can be titled even if it does not currently have a title. I just did it in FL. Just walked into the DMV, handed them a BOS for an untitled trailer, I walked out 15 minutes later with new title in hand.

Will you come down to $30k and where is the boat located? Any problems or issues with the boat besides the title on the trailer? Thanks

Nice boat wish I had the money and not another boat right now.

As for the trailer in NJ they do not have titles for trailers. If someone wants to buy the boat and trailer they just need a notorized letter from the seller. Trailers in NJ only have a certificate of origin. I went through this when I purchased my previous boat and it had a trailer but no title and the owner had passed on.
