Awesome!! My new 12kw Super HD digital radar stopped working while in the keys. The normal checks were done on the boat but it looked like the pedestal was the culprit. I called Raymarine monday of last week and told them the issue and they had a tech at my house tuesday. Raymarine shipped me another internal module overnight tuesday and the tech was back out wednesday to install it. It turned out to not be the issue either. He calls Raymarine and talks to the head radar guy and they send a complete new system from top to bottom that has been bench tested. I cannot say how impressed I am with the level of service that I received. Excellent!!

My A65 went back to Raymarine (dead screen) via West Marine. Three weeks round trip. Could have been much worse.

What number did you call? I have called three times in the last few days, each time I have had to leave a message after the maximum 20 minute hold time is reached, they say they will call back if you leave a message but they have not yet.
So far for me Raymarine customer service sucks.
