Fist off do you carry them? I want a rod to match my Torque 200 for use with fish up to small BFT. I know that the Shimano Trevala is a rod to match the reel but I'd like to know what the advantage would be over the Penn if I spend the extra $$ on the Shimanao rod?

We have all the Penn Torque Jigging rods in stock and they are $99.99 each.

The rods are both similar...the shimano uses their TC4 blank which is a little more sensitive... the Penns are a graphite composite and have more backbone but the Shimanos are just as strong...

We just received in the first of the OTI G3 Jigging rods!!!!

These are awesome new blanks that are 20% lighter than the original and are more sensitive but just as strong...the wraps and gimbal butt are silver now instead of gold. These are backed a lifetime warranty as well...Its a middle of the road price point, not entry level like Penn/Shimano but these are top notch....

The Penn TJ3080C66 or TJ5010C66 would work fine for you though if you want to try jigging this season at a cheap price.
