I dont know if anyones helped you yet or not but when you start a new thread. After you get done typing you message, if you go to the bottom of the page it will say "Post A Poll" click in the box that says yes. After that in the box you can enter the number of options you want. Once you have done that click "Submit thread" and it will redirect you to your poll, where at that time you enter your options and question.
