Ran out of Stiltsville and Fowey Light past the color change today in 6-8 foot seas on Nano's new 29 Hydra-Sport. Got about 6 lines in the water all naked hoo and hooked up almost immediately. By 9am had 2 good size bulls and 6 big cows in the boat. The bite shut down around 10...tried for some sails but no luck but had lots of dolphin fillets.

Yesterday the winds were howling! You must have had the ocean to yourself. How did the boat handle the 6-8s?

Kept my raingear on till 11am. The boat handled really well especially running out through Hawk's channel by bug light. Decent size swells all day and took one nice one over the bow when I was turning. But the boat was impressive. Saw some big sportfishermans and some smaller boats but it was definitely a good day The picture of the sportfisher is in Hawk's Channel at around 20 feet deep.

Definetly a beautiful boat and glad to hear it handled well. Hopefully this wind will die down, its been with us for about a week now.
