Birdsall,

I need some custom brackets to raise my two F150s up a few inches.

Because of my transom configuration, none of the off-the-shelf models will work. I've contacted everybody I can think of (Bob's, CMC, THMarine, even Jay from Black Lab), but they won't/don't do this sort of thing.

Here is a shot of my transom. You can see the motorwell drains and scuppers are very close to the engines. The rub rail I could modify if needed.

TH Marine makes the closest thing to what I have in mind.

However, theirs is designed so that the pieces are installed like this (Excuse my bad ascii art. Ignore the -, they are only for spacing.):

__transom__
--[------]
---engine

To fit my transom I need something like this:

__transom__
---]-----[
---engine

Or I could go for something like this:

__transom__
---______
---_|__|_
---engine

I think with a little reinforcement welded between the two pieces, it would be plenty strong and not buckle.

Here are the specs I'm looking for:
- 3-4" lift. No adjustments necessary.
- Minimal setback. 2" would be good, 4" would be absolute maximum.
- 3/8" or 1/2" 6061 aluminum (this is what all the manufacturers use and their products support engines up to 225+ hp).

Can you guys do this?
