We arrived this afternoon and have not gone to the convention center. We have been hanging out with Wiley and will go in the moring. He said it was busy but not crowded, which makes for a better experience IMO. The hotel are booked and the docks have a steady flow for a friday. I do not think people are staying away. A few people are missing, for eample Bennet does not have a booth. I will report the events at the convention center saturday, and hopefully Ludicrous will get some photos up. Now we are going to drink.

Well the weather is perfect and the crowds are less than last year.
Got the chance to ride a few boats, the 36' (or so) Invincible is a rocket ship....
Awesome ride.. and probably ran in the mid 70's.
The 37 Contender is a battle ship.. Huge cockpit and 66 mph to boot... We hit a nice wake and it landed perfectly. Did I say it had a big cockpit?
Looking for another noce day tomorrow.. or today.. It is late...

I have to return to the show on Sunday to finish up. Today is wife day (Valentines Day). I'll start posting photos on Sunday night.

I was at the convention center on Friday. I thought the show was very slow both inside and out. There are some good deals to be had on tackle and other nick nacks. I also noticed there were empty slots for displays filled in by BS displays. I did not get the "good vibe" I normally feel at the show its hard to describe. However there were some big boats that had sold at the show.
