I can send you what i think the dimensions are. It is for a 35 Intrepid, mounts from the inside of the box above via a threaded flat head that screws into the small leg that goes down and then joints via the swivel? to the small metal that attaches to the track.

That is no probelm. I will need the center to center for the mounting posts/inserts and how far the extension/ stand off is.
