Changed both my Racors today. I reinstalled the new ones but didn't fill them with fuel before I installed them. Do I need to do this? I Have tried to prime the fuel bulb and turn the key switch on and off but nothing is filling the bowls on the filters now.

Hold the primer bulbs so that the arrow points up. If the bulbs are hard just start the engines and run them. If they quit, squeeze the bulbs again until the filters fill up.

When changing filters I always start my engines, run them a minute (on the hose), then shut them down and then change filters. Thisway they will start right back up and you can use the engine to power fill the filters.
