a couple of questions about the fixed back. In the past your website said this was available with an 8" or 10" cushion. The standard model says it comes with a 10" cushion. Is 10" the standard on the fixed back now? Can you add a fifth rod holder to the 38" model? If so, how much? Is the fixed back a UPS shippable item or is this a "strap it to a pallet and put it on the truck" item? If it is a truck shipment, what truck line do you use?

We really do not have a standard model. There are many sizes available from 24" - 54" wide. Acording to the seat width your interested in determines the 8" or 10 " cushion. To answer your question about the 5th rod holder you can add up to 7 rod holders on the 38" by stagering 3 more extended past the original 4 rod holders. The fixed back goes Fed Ex Freight line.

Is it aluminum or stainless?

I couldn't find a picture of the "whale tail" grab rail. Could you direct me to one, or provide the width as compared to the regular back rail?
