If you buy a new boat or for that matter if you are a dealer and sell a new boat and there is something wrong with the boat do you expect or do you put the boat in the regular wait line to be fixed or do new boats with such problems go to the front of the line to be fixed?
I am talking of problems that are not customer made but were obviously shipped with the problem from the manufacturer.

If it is a brand new boat and it has a defect, the dealer should push it through quickly if he wants to close the deal. DO NOT ACCEPT THE BOAT UNTIL EVERYTHING IS FIXED!!!!!!!! If you do then you are at the end of the waiting list and there is nothing you can do about it. Most sales dudes are smart enough to know they will loose the sale if the boat is not right so they will get it done so they can get paid.

When we have a customer that bought from us and he has a problem which prevent him or her or both from using it, it goes straight to the top. If for any reason we can't fix it today it must be finished tomorrow. No Excuses. Now if we are talking about something simple that they can live with out for A FEW DAYS without the world falling apart We will always get er done.
