Safe, easy storage of gaffs has always been somewhat of a hassle. Birdsall Marine now has the answer to your gaff storage. Our new gaff holders are designed to make storing of gaffs clean and simple.

Birdsall Gaff Holders consist of two pieces, the handle retainer and the hook retainer. The hook retainer is made with a round base and an oval retainer with an anodized gold handle. Simply place the hook portion of the gaff over the round base and turn spring loaded handle this is done the gaff handle is placed in its receiver and snapped closed. Your gaff is now quickly and safely stored away.
The gaff holders are available for 2”, 3”, 4”, and 5” hook sizes, and can be mounted most any where, with simple hand tools and a drill. A # 10 x 1", Self Taping Screw is recommended to mount.

how are you measuring - inside or outside of the hook? Mine measures 2" inside and 3" outside. Also, I have a sea striker gold model which has a straight shank hook and it won't fit on any of the deep blue holder models. Do you think it will be a problem with yours?
