Why do the powers that be in the NFL not reserve the right to $hit can crappy teams on MNF

The Falcons and the Saints, let us be real neither of these teams has ever been or ever will be worth a crap and when they are having seasons like this
on the best night of the week for football why can they(NFL/Networks) change one game from Sunday to MNF(Patriots v Steelers would have been good one) and give us something to watch

It would be nice to spotlight games like that. This game should have been rescheduled a long time ago. MV ended Atlanta's season before it started. How much money did MV lose trying to keep it real? I guess it worked.

College football states that game times may be moved to accomodate the best games at the best TV times. They could do that on a Sunday - but it would be hard on a Monday when there is only one game.

Let's face it, NO and ATL would have looked pretty good on paper when the schedule was first released - then things went to hell in a handbasket.
