I am not sure if it's appropriate to post these here. But I noticed postings looking for oceanfront rentals. I have two Oceanfront condo's in Cherry Grove (North Myrtle)SC
They are booked solid in season, but slow off season. To defray operating cost, I rent them very reasonably during the winter. By the week or by the month. One is a Penthouse unit, ninth and tenth floor two level with 5 bedrooms 2-1/2 baths, 2 spa tubs, wet bar, wood burning fireplace, big screen TV and Hi speed Internet. It has three balconies - two on the ocean and one overlooking the marsh. 2200 sq .ft. The other unit is a small 650 sq .ft. two bedroom two bath, balcony on the ocean, with hi speed Internet, TV, DVD, stereo, washer &dryer.
