Anyone out there dive the rigs? Which rigs do you like? Where do you launch from? How far out do you usually go to find good Viz? I have dove them several times from the Fling or Spree. Buying a boat so I can fish and dive on my own schedule. Thoughts and tips appreciated.

Port Aransas or Packery Channel. Lots of rigs to choose from. We just go out 15+ miles and start looking for the viz to get good and tie off. Mike's Rig is a favorite, but you'd have to dive with us to get the #'s. LOL. Check spearboard.com's texas section and you'lle get all kinds of info. BTW what boat are you getting?

Thanks for the tips. I just purchased a Chaparral Signature 240 Express Cruiser with a 454.
