Got a plastic Hobie Yak with a approx one inch round hole in stern quater. What material do I use to repair?
Thanks Mike

welding plastic is tricky but can be done with a torch or soldering iron. If you need a pice of matching plastic call hobie. That is a large hole and Im asuming someone drilled it. After the weld I would put a big glob of pl5200 on the inside ,completely incasing the repaired area with at least 2 inches thick pl5200.

Clean the area with acetone and apply duct tape for a temporary repair that will last a long time. Looks like crap but works like a charm.
