Anybody run out of South Pass lately? Havent ran it in over a year and would like to know if any hidden dangers lurking? Thanks in advance!

South Pass is in great shape. They added rocks to the jetty and it now sits well out of the water.

Still take your time and watch your sounder.

When you get past the Jetty keep heading toward the first rig (straight). If you are going west go past the rig then turn. The shoal on the right side of the pass can hurt your feelings and your wallet!

Learned that the hard way!
Stumprunner warned me about that shoal but some people just don't listen :banghead:
