I know the larger motors have an interface to NMEA. Is there any information that can be obtained from the smaller E-TEC motors into a Lowrance network.
Any third party adapters?

Have you checked with your etec dealer to see if smaller etecs are nmea2K compatible? If they are not compatible thn you can't hook them up to a n2k device. You can hook up a fuel sensor though.

The dealers do not apear to be that technical. When I asked they said it costs thousands of dollars and is not worth the cost. They were not even aware the larger engines had connections already. Easier to just add fuel and leave it at that.
