Island Club has a real nice location here in Pompano, both relative to the inlet (Hillsborough) and to conveniences like shopping, groceries, restaurants, ... Sorry to hear about the illness. I am sure it will sell quickly at this fair price.

It's a good location - can't speak for the price (although it sounds right) but just an honest FYI for potential buyers, on a $245k purchase your property taxes could be close to $5000 a year.

Yeah..Adam..you're right about taxes... had little glitch in my figuring.. :roll taxes would probably be around $5000. to new buyer, current assessment is just over $203,000..MIL has homestead and widow exemptions..plus save our home 3% cap since 1978........ ;cool;

Seriously for sale at $245,000..no brokers..there are 33 2br 2bth units listed from $245,000 to $399.000..this is lowest price in complex for a 2-2 unit, second floor of 3 sty bldg...MIL needs to sell to pay ALF costs...

US I is just west of the intracoastal by maybe 1/2 mile. There are a few dry and wet marinas within walking distance of this place and there are tons of docks for rent in nearby neighborhoods. The ocean is A-1-A

Hwy bridge..at Lake Santa Barbara...as stated storage is avail nearby... :thumbsup:

Bad time to move a condo in SE Fla. Market is all but dead, sorry. Be patient or you'll take a haircut. I am not a realtor, I am in Property Management, and work with many associations, converters, and the like.
