Sold in 3 weeks ...

...in October, in the Northeast, during a Noreaster. Asked $39k, came down to $34k to make it happen fast (but saved about $3000 in carrying costs if I had it for 6 more months -- so basicaly like selling for $37 in the spring).

In addition to advertising, Bob gave me great advice on how to move the boat quickly.
