Default merc 800 fuel lines

I've got a 71 merc 800 that the fuel line from the pump to the notsure what you call it but the port where you hook the tank line to leaks. It's all original so I figure I should replace all the hoses. By looking at it it appears the starter and maybe the solenoid needs to be removed for access? It looks straight forward just thought I'd double check here before I jump in.

Thanks
